Yes, we offer an optional professional assembly service for the majority of our flat-packed furniture, including wardrobes and wall units. You can select this service during the checkout process.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or assembled items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
Every piece of furniture purchased from Arthauss comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering production defects and structural issues.
How can I track the status of my order?
